Gently sought to correct its brand trajectory and reposition itself with a clearer, more appealing identity within the competitive men's tailoring market. I personally executed a comprehensive repositioning process, starting with thorough market analysis to define the brand's new strategic direction. Based on this vision, I designed and implemented a full Visual Identity Rebuild (including subtle visual re-balancing of the existing logo) to communicate sophistication and purpose. I took charge of the entire digital landscape, launching targeted paid advertising campaigns and managing content creation, ensuring the new identity was successfully rolled out and directed toward its strategic path.
